Project #81458 - ADDIE Training Development Project

Training Development ADDIE Semester Project Knowledge Development Training Each student will develop and implement a training program designed to develop in each trainee a knowledge base in an area that previously was underdeveloped and which they are motivated to learn. You will be responsible for making sure all aspects of the training process are covered and for using effective training practices. A preliminary design for your training must be submitted to the instructor on or before (September 11, 2015.) Typical ideas for a training session can be the following, but not limited to: 1. Leadership Training 2. Computer Training 3. Communication Training 4. Financial or Communication Training You may have other ideas Project Steps 1. You will first complete the ISD/ADDIE documentation for the training first. Fully discussing all facets of the process, including audience, learning objectives, consideration etc. Use the handouts posted for a guide. Handouts are posted under the project completion resources section. 2. Complete any instructional materials such as handouts that will be needed for the training. 3. Video record or narrate a five minute power point presentation reflection on how you completed the project and what you learned during the process. 4. Upload to Eagle Online This project documentation/report will be typewritten (double spaced) and will contain separate headings which, at the minimum, thoroughly cover the following A. Training Needs: Documentation of the needs which the training was intended to address and how they were determined B. Description of the training design, development and implementation with rationale C. Documentation of the training outcomes and measurements used. D. Self-critique of what went well and what didn't, with an explanation of why and what you learned from each E. Improvement recommendations for possible future implementation Due October 11, 2015
