Project #8240 - Managing People - Conflict and Motivation

Write on conflict and motivation and critically analyze them with reference to an organization in which you have worked or with which you are familiar.

 

The maximum length is 2000 words not including front cover, table of contents, diagrams, tables, footnotes and references. The assignment to be typed using Times New Roman, font size 12, 1.5 spacing.

 

The purpose of the assignment is to demonstrate that I have an understanding of key concept in the module.

The assignment will have to make appropriate theoretical and conceptual issues.

The assignment asks for critical analysis – using theory and understanding to answer the question and demonstrate a balanced engagement.

Critical analysis means evaluating academic theory drawn from credible academic resources.

In summary, the assignment needs to do the following:

-          Use theory relevant to the subject matter covered in the module to answer the question

-          Enable academically underpinned conclusions to be drawn.

The assignment to be in the format:

2)      Current issues in the company

3)      Literature review (citation)

4)      Findings

5)      Conclusion

6)      List of references
