Discussion #3--Quality of Calories vs Quantity of Calories

It has been famously argued that calories don’t count. Perhaps the more nuanced version is that the quality of calories, not the quantity, is what counts. This has been debated for decades with one side says you should only focus on what you eat, and that calories either don’t matter or don’t deserve any of your attention and the other side saying that you should only focus on how much you eat and pay no attention to food quality.  I would like you to discuss which is more important quality (what you eat) or quantity (how much you eat) or maybe it is a combination of both.  There are many resources online that can help with this discussions, below is a short list but there are many more online to review.
