Project #83266 - Due by Friday

I want for you to write an analysis of "A Good Man is Hard to Find." You can do this in one of two different ways. You can analyze the entire story for just one or two elements, or you can analyze the story chronologically for all of the elements present. For example, you might choose to focus on characters. Your paper would then be about one character (the grandmother, for example) and how her actions, thoughts, and viewpoint are crucial to the story. If you choose to write about the story chronologically, you would begin at the beginning of the story and analyze each scene in turn. Either of these methods is acceptable.

Requirements:

Your essay needs to be formatted in MLA style. When you quote the story or mention a specific part, include a citation that makes note of the page number of that part of the story:

“'She wouldn’t stay at home for a million bucks,' June Star said. 'Afraid she’d miss something. She has to go everywhere we go'” (249).

Your essay should be a minimum of five paragraphs and 2.5 pages.

A Works Cited page is not required, since you will only be citing the story itself.

I have the book if you need to refer to it.
