Good evening to all you wonderful scholars,
Due date is 10/11/2015 @ 5pm pacific time.
respond to your classmates' questions using Boolean operators (AND, OR, NOT) to create a search string using relevant key terms from their question. Input this string into any search engine (Google, Bing) and select one website from the results that best answers their question. Share that resource along with your search string with your classmates. Comment on the resources your classmates have suggested.
Note: Your Boolean operators will need to be in all CAPS when you enter them into your search engine.
Write a seperate paragragh in response to these discussions listed #1 and #2
#1 (c.k. d3)
I believe I have a firm understanding of boolean logic and the value it brings to Java. It adds logic to the program to help the program and the user make a decision with the two simple keywords of “true” and “false.” My question to the class pertaining to boolean logic operators is how do I keep the code organized and efficient when there are more than two statements?
#2 (j.m 3-1d)
My question is in regards to braces in if...else blocks. When must they be used? any rules of thumb im unaware of? I submitted my programming problem for this module and used some where I thought they made sense. I also played around with omitting them or moving them around and it didnt seem to have much bearing on my outcomes, thus my question on their appropriate use. Thanks.
If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to message me.
