Russina cola goes to German market, Need to do POSITIONING: how do you want them (targets) to perceive you when you enter the market, the perception they have of your brand and product will depend on your attributes, personality, culture, values of brand (brand identity prism) and it will also depend on how different you are from your competitors. is there an existing competition? how can we be differently perceived? can i use something to be differentiated form the german soft drink beverage market?
