Along with these challenges many of today societal ills are being blamed on corporate greed and many of these are being thrown on the backs of some of the biggest hospitality organizations. However, there are plenty of great hospitality stories that need to be told. During this semester I am asking you to read 1 recently released book related to the Hospitality Industry. Below you will find a list of approved books with a short abstract. The report is to be approximately 1500 words (5 pages double spaced).
