This is a Mini-Ethnography write-up for an assignment I already wrote it

I'll attach my written paper and the grade I had so you can see my mistakes and what I need to 

it's just one paper on that paper I did, but added my classmates and my instructor feedback

Purpose:  to help you develop or hone a skill of integrating feedback from your co-workers, in particular, the ability to hear multiple perspectives, to reevaluate one’s own perspective, and find ways of integrating other people’s ideas so that the end product benefits from synergy.

Your goal: to write a one-page reflection paper which would explain where you see the benefits of integrating the feedback from me and the class you receive during Debriefing, as well as how you would integrate them.

Suggested procedure:

1.     When presenting your study during Debriefing, make sure you provide as much information as necessary for the audience to have a clear picture of what you did and what you discovered. To help yourself with that, you will need to structure your presentation: i.e., make sure you describe everything in good detail to avoid misunderstanding or useless comments on the part of the audience; remember to include all important information; make sure you present it logically so that it is easier for the audience to remember your case; finally, rehearse, as mumbling and going around in circles is likely to leave you either with no feedback from the audience or with the feedback that can be frustratingly useless for your Write-Up.

2.     When listening to the feedback, it is a good idea to take notes of what people say.

3.     Be sure to ask for clarification if a person’s comment seems to be confusing.

 

Some Feedback:

- Talk more about their personality

- The culture of rafting instructions, and the way they are talking with the people

- Looking for these dangerous skills and why people love to do these crazy stuff

 

- Thinking about my own feelings when I did rafting, while that, and after I did it
