Project #94535 - Integrated Marketing Communication Case Study

 

Students will read, analyze and submit a write-up for the Harvard Business School case study Lululemon Athletica’s Product, Employee and Public Relations.  The case explores the history of Lululemon, a successful yoga and athletic apparel company.  In the years since its founding, the company has faced many controversies, many of which are examined in this case study. 

After reading the case study, please answer in detail the following questions:

 

  • What are the main issues identified by the case?

 

  • Who are the main stakeholders involved or impacted by the issues?  How are they impacted?

 

  • What are the main causes of the issues identified in the case?

 

  • Should these issues be addressed?  If so, how should they be prioritized?

 

 

 

Assignment is due 11/23.  Papers must be typed, double spaced.  We will discuss the case in class.  ALL students are expected to attend and participate.
