EXAMPLE FOR FOR PART A.
Poor eating habits on college students specifically targetting sophomores
Poor eating habits are an important public health issue that has large health and economic implications. Many food preferences are established early, but because people make more and more independent eating decisions as they move through adolescence, the transition to independent living during the university days is an important event. To study the phenomenon of food selection, the theory of planned behavior was applied to predict the likelihood of healthy eating among university students.
nearly two thirds of the adult population
in America is classified as overweight, it is important
to understand the role that the college environment may

FOR PART C.
goals of project are: (you cna reword them and add more to it)

To educate college students about how healthy eating influences eating behavior

To eliminate misconceptions about fast food vs home cooked meals
eg. Quality, Taste, Efficiency, Price
To encourage college students to cook at home more frequently
To encourage mindful cooking
mindful cooking is a great opportunity for college students to train the mind to be present. It is also seen as a form of exercise for the mind, by being patient and focusing on each of the five senses.
