After reading chapters 11-14, week five lecture notes, and reviewing the following websites:

Design a Psychological Skills Training program for a collegiate athlete of your choice. Select an athlete and the sport, explain the issues, and then create a comprehensive Psychological Skills Training Program.
 
You must include several of the strategies discussed in our text.

Your paper must be formatted according to APA standards, including a title page, margins, and documentation. 

ALL ASSIGNMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A WORD DOCUMENT, WITH APA CITATIONS AN REFERENCES
