I believe that Islamic Law System is the least effective because of the self-preference of religion, where within society cultural traditions changes by self-ideology of society and the individuals which chooses to change faith, other than social structure are  socially discriminated against and even killed by individual change of faith. There society is more conclusive to a capitalistic influence and enforced against individual will. That it is socially structured and politically isolated from democracy and social liberated from public interest.

Romano-Germanic Civil Law System is commonly referred to Civil Law and was established in 450 B.C. (August, Mayer & Bixby, 2009). Under the order of Emperor Justinian and between 528 and 534 A.D., the legal system was compiled in writing to what is known as the Corpus Juris Civilis (August, Mayer & Bixby, 2009). It is derived from Roman and Germanic practices and deals with the rights of private citizens (). The grounds for deciding cases are codes, statutes, and prescribed text (August, Mayer & Bixby, 2009).The Roman Catholic Church’s Canon Law, Jus Commune, French Civil Code, and German Civil Code all having a basis in the Romano-Germanic Civil Law System (August, Mayer & Bixby, 2009).

The differences between both concepts and terms are the state has a social responsible nationally and globally are held responsible legally to injured patient, and International is more of support community  on health and disease that serves among the universal arena as an non-profit organization. So, international standard seems to be a more ruler because it's on a universal platform and everyone can receive health care

4.

I believe the International Standard of Care is a better rule because the National Standard of Care is open to too much interpretation. As our text points out, if you follow the National Standard of Care and treat aliens as citizens, then aliens should be able to vote, and receive health care (August, Mayer & Bixby, 2009). Also, the National Standard of Care presents a problem for the alien should the treatment of citizens in a country be less than desirable (August, Mayer & Bixby, 2009).
