Project #9994 - Rewriting essay

I need someone to rewrite essay.  When I chose you I will give you the essay that I need rewritten

you have expressed valid ideas on the topic of cyber schools in your submission below. However, your submission cannot be considered an acceptable submission for this Week 1 Assignment because it is missing a proper thesis statement along the lines of the sample thesis statements in the guidelines for this Week 1 Application assignment in my ‘Summary of Week 1 Assignments’ in Doc Sharing, also copied below, which is why, in turn, the paragraphs in it and the ideas in them read very disjointedly.

Also, students were supposed to include at least two citations, but you did not do so properlyI see that you cited (i.e. miscited) one source in the text of your submission but didn’t attempt to include a full citation for it in a reference list at the end of your submission. In this way, be sure to download and thoroughly read my documents ‘Citing & Quoting’ and ‘Types of Reference Citations’ in Doc Sharing on how to properly cite and quote sources in the text of the paper and on how to properly cite sources in the reference list, respectively.

In addition, I found various mechanical mistakes (punctuation, spelling, grammar, and sentence structure), which impede comprehension of your ideas/claims in it. In this way, I advise that you read the sections in the ‘Concise Handbook’ chapter of The Longman writer textbook on sentence faults (sentence fragments, run-on sentences, and comma splices) and punctuation toward the end of the textbook.

Last but not least, your paper is missing an automatic header with automatic pagination, and I had to include a title page for it because you did not use the ‘Application Template’ to be used in writing this assignment, as indicated in the guidelines for this Week 1 Application assignment in my ‘

Guidelines for Week 1 Application assignment in ‘Summary of Week 1 Assignments’ in Doc Sharing

2) Application. Create a position in response to a reading: Cyberschools.

To prepare for this Application:

.- Read both the “Entering the conversation” and “Sample Student Essay” docs in Doc Sharing.

.- Review the following in The Longman Writer:

Chapter 3, "Identifying a Thesis" (pp. 34–39): What are the characteristics of a weak thesis

statement? How can these issues be corrected?

Chapter 14 selection, "Cyberschool" by Clifford Stoll (pp. 282–2 84)

Chapter 18, "Argumentation-Persuasion" (pp. 398–420 only): How can a strong thesis contribute

to the overall effectiveness of an argumentation-persuasion essay?

Chapter 19, "Locating, Evaluating, and Integrating Research Sources" (pp. 465–470 and 478–492 only)

.- Read the following statement: Cyberschools will create a better learning environment and provide a better education to prepare students to be successful later in life.

.- Respond to the above statement by writing a thesis statement that contains two or three arguments for or against the statement on cyberschools in question.

Here is an example of a thesis statement in favor of the statement on cyber schools above: "Cyber schools will be the most effective way to teach our children in the future, not only because they allow kids to do their school work at their own pace, but also because they can do it from home and avoid the dangers looming over our schools today."

Here is an example of a thesis statement against the statement on cyber schools in question: “Cyber schools are dangerous to the fabric of society because they will only reinforce our society’s individualistic trends: spending time playing with computers and gadgets rather than spending time with family and friends, communicating and keeping in touch with others through the Internet and gadgets rather than in person, and, in general, keeping people from associating with one another for a variety of purposes.”

Write a 1-page response to the statement, demonstrating how supportive evidence reinforces a position in response to a reading. Be sure to include the following:
o
A thesis statement regarding your position in favor of or against the statement.Underline the thesis statement in your response.
o
Evidence that supports your position.
o
Cite at least two examples from the reading or outside sources (e.g., books, journal articles, Web articles) in support of your position. Note: Wikipedia will not be accepted as an outside resource.
